The Ridge is a four-seasons resort with magnificent views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. All units have log-burners and individual spas. This is a popular base from which to ski the many adjacent skifields during the winter months. Autumn is also renowned for its spectacular golden foliage. A vehicle is suggested, but not essential. A bus service runs hourly on request to the township. Please note that the resort is on a hillside with fantastic views, but is not suitable for those with major disabilities.
